Following an approach from another club we can confirm that Lee Morris has resigned as Briggers boss.
We are naturally disappointed & did all we could to try & keep him at the club, but after nearly 3 years in charge, promotion & a SHCFA Cup final last season we part with memories that will last a life time & massive thanks for his hard work in his time at the club.
Our focus now turns to the next stage & Friday nights home game against Campion.
We are pleased to confirm that Luke Smith has agreed to take care of the Briggers for an interim period which will ensure continuity & stability as we go into Fridays home game.
We also want to thank the playing squad for pulling together in what is a difficult time for them. The response from the group since the announcement is credit to them as we now look to the future.
